The paper starts with institutional phenomena and knowledge flow in an industrial network. On the basis of analyzing the literatures more thoroughly, it constructs a relational model between industrial network and isomorphism action and knowledge flow. And it also proves the conclusion in theory that the more or stronger the relational density, contact times and reciprocity between organizations within an industrial network are, the more obvious the isomorphism actions and knowledge flow actions become.
