Based on the theory of user＇s acceptance behavior,this paper analyzes the influence factor about university library users accepting and using mobile library APP. Through present situation investigation and analysis about the using of mobile library APP in local universities,it proposes service countermeasures and suggestions to promote mobile library APP service in local universities.
