移动图书馆的成功应用不仅仅在于技术本身先进与否，还在于图书馆用户感知行为问题的解决。文章在技术接受模型基础上，系统梳理国内外已开展移动服务的用户接受研究、数字图书馆的用户接受理论，构建了移动图书馆的用户接受模型。通过对用户模型的实证分析，探究移动环境下影响用户接受的各种因素，进而改进移动图书馆发展过程中的不足。

英文摘要：

The successful application of mobile library will depend on not only implementing technologies but also on the cognitions of library users. Based on technology acceptance model, this paper summarizes existing user acceptance studies about mobile service and digital library. The authors establish the technology acceptance model oriented toward mobile library users. Based on the empirical study, factors affecting the acceptance degree of mobile users are discussed; so that shortfalls occurred in the course of mobile library development could be revealed and corrected, thus laying foundation for mobile library to develop high quality information services.
