By visiting the 123 websites of university and college libraries in Hubei Province, the authors carry out a systematic research on the online interaction platforms, including the consulting columns of telephone, E-mail, QQ, WeChat, Weibo, FAQ, message board, curator's mailbox, questionnaire, the lost and found, and so on, aiming at finding the problems existing in the online interaction columns and giving corresponding countermeasures.
