伴随信息技术的飞速发展,图书馆微信公众平台作为图书馆移动服务的新兴模式,正被国内高校图书馆所重视与应用。湖北省高校众多,各高校图书馆微信平台建设情况良莠不齐,对它们进行系统调查有助于各部门与用户对图书馆微服务的认识,推进图书馆移动服务的整体发展。文章通过登录高校图书馆网站和手机搜索微信公众平台两种方式,对湖北省123所高校图书馆的微信公众账号的开通与使用情况、栏目宣传方式、服务内容、公众号类型及其认证主体进行了系统调查与问题分析,并从名称规范与运营机制、宣传力度、个性化服务等方面提出策略分析。
With the rapid development of information technology,the library We Chat public platform as a new pattern of mobile library service is being attached and applied to university libraries. There are large numbers of colleges in Hubei Province. While,the construction of the university library We Chat platform is uneven. To carry out systematic investigation not only has contributed to the cognition of library micro-service for users and departments but also can promote the overall development of library mobile services. The paper mainly investigated and analyzed the development of library We Chat,the way of publicity,service contents,the type of We Chat and certification subject of 123 university libraries in Hubei Province by landing the websites of libraries and searching in the mobile We Chat. What’s more,some suggestions were given about name specification,operation mechanism,propaganda and personalized service.
