英文摘要：

The connotation of enterprise computerization environment was analyzed. The notion ＂interactive efficiency of human-information system＂ was proposed and explained, it was regarded as incorporate efficiency of human being cooperating with information system to complete certain tasks. Six primary characters of interaction process of human-information system were summarized. The influencing factors of interactive efficiency of human-information system were analyzed and also, according to their attributes, they were classified into five categories, namely, personal factors, task factors, information system factors, management factors and environmental factors. Some topics which are worthy of further studying were proposed just for seeking approach of improving interactive efficiency.
