Based on the theoretical analysis, observation, interview, experiment, and questionnaires, 55 influence factors of human - information system interactive efficiency are excavated within manufacturing computerization environment. According to the variance maximization of the multivariate statistical analysis method, 15 major influential factor which able to fully reflect 55 influences factors are picked up, namely, psychological factor, physiological factor, working ability factor, individual difference factor, system function factor, system speed factor, system surface factor, duty difficulty factor, unambiguous duty factor, enterprise culture factor, drive factor, organizational structure factor, match factor, work resources environment factor, and physical environment factor.
