构建了匹配性因素对人-信息系统交互效率的影响机理模型,提出任务-信息系统的两个匹配层面:技术层面和用户感知层面,并指出技术层面的匹配属于静态匹配,而用户感知层面的匹配属于动态匹配;分析了任务-人、任务-信息系统、人-信息系统匹配对交互效率的影响。为验证影响机理模型的正确性,以某供应商关系管理系统为操作平台进行了“匹配-交互效率”关系实验。Pearson相关分析表明:任务-人、任务-信息系统、人-信息系统匹配并不直接影响交互效率,而是通过用户对IS易用性和有用性的感知来影响交互效率。
A matching influence mechanism model for human-information system interactive efficiency is constructed. The two layers connotation on task-information system match is the technical and the user perceive layer, and it points out the match of technical layer belonging to static match, while the match of user perceive layer belonging to dynamic match. The influence relations are analyzed among task-human match, task-information system match and human-information system match. A match-interactive efficiency experiment is carried out on the flat of supply relation management system to validate the influence mechanism model. The result of Pearson correlation analysis shows that task-human match, task-information system match and human-information system match don't influence interactive efficiency directly, but influence it through perceived easy of use and perceived usefulness .
