为了全面客观地评估汽油机燃用掺甲醇汽油时的性能和碳排放的情况,在一台进气道多点电喷汽油机SQR477F上进行了汽油、M15和M50燃料的负荷特性、外特性、经济性以及排放特性试验。研究结果表明:甲醇作为低碳燃料,在发动机参数未做任何调整的情况下,与燃用纯汽油相比,发动机的动力性随着掺醇比例的增加略有下降,基本不影响发动机的动力性;质量燃油消耗率增加,但等热值比油耗降低,具有较好的燃油经济性且CO2排放量较低;发动机燃用掺醇汽油后,排气中的H2O含量大幅度增加;冷态时,排气中H2O含量是燃用纯汽油时的4倍以上,热态时H2O含量与燃用纯汽油时的差距缩小。
In order to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the performance and carbon emission of the gasoline engine fueled with methanol-gasoline blends,the performance and emission characteristics of a gasoline engine SQR477F equipped with electronic-controlled multi-point injection system and fueled with the gasoline blended with 0%,15% and 50% of methanol(M0,M15 and M50) were studied.The results show that the methanol,as a low-carbon fuel,has little effect on power output with the engine configuration unchanged;compared with the engine fueled with pure gasoline,with the increase of the fraction of methanol in blend,the fuel consumption of the engine fueled with methanol blend increases but the specific fuel consumption in terms of the equivalent heating value decreases,improving fuel efficiency and lowering CO2 emission.H2O in the exhaust gas increases significantly with the increase of methanol fraction.Particularly at cold starting condition,the level of H2O emission increases more than 4 times compared with that fueled with pure gasoline.After the warm-up condition,H2O emission is comparable to that fueled with pure gasoline.
