A new method of similarity measure based on unknown degree between Vague sets is proposed by analyzing existing similarity measure methods and is proved to satisfy some basic rules. For measuring the similarity of Vague sets, a new concept named differentiation ability is also developed. The validity and advantage of this method are illustrated by simulation results.
