研究了铬黑T在不同条件下的共振光散射光谱,结果表明,它们的共振光散射强度受溶液pH影响较大.在一定的pH溶液中,体系的共振光散射强度在一定浓度范围内与铬黑T的浓度有线性关系.同时运用量子化学计算方法对它们分子间氢键进行了计算,理论计算表明:体系共振光信号增强的原因是分子通过分子间氢键聚合形成了超分子聚合体,这一理论计算结果和实验得到的光谱数据完全吻合,该工作对进一步研究共振光散射光谱法的理论提供了重要参考数据.
The RLS spectrum of Eriochrome Black T (EBT) in different conditions has been studied. The results indicated that their IRLS are influenced greatly by solutions' pH. In certain pH of solution,the intensity of RLS system has the linear relation with the concentration of EBT. Meanwhile the hydrogen bonds among molecules are calculated by the way of quantum chemistry. The theoretical computation indicates that the increase of resonance signals in the system could be attributed to the supper-molecular aggregates formed by hydrogen-bond between molecules. The results agree with the spectrum data obtained in experiments. The research will provide important references for further research on RLS.
