设计合成了具有光响应性的A2BA2型两亲嵌段共聚物。聚乙二醇(PEG600)与2,2-二氯乙酰氯通过酯化反应制备结构对称的四官能团大分子引发剂,引发偶氮苯单体6-[4-(4-乙氧基苯基偶氮)酚氧基]己基甲基丙烯酸酯(AZO6Et)的原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)反应。利用凝胶色谱(GPC)与核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)表征了产物的分子量与结构组成,利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)与偏光显微镜(POM)对聚合物的热行为及液晶性进行了表征。在紫外/可见光照射下聚合物溶液呈现明显的光响应性。
Photo-responsive A2BA2-type amphiphilic block copolymer containing azobenzene was designed and synthesized.Macroinitiator prepared by the esterification between poly(ethylene oxide)(PEG) and 2,2-dichloroacetyl chloride was utilized to initiate the atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) of 6-[4-(4-ethoxyphenylazo)phenoxy]hexyl methacrylate(AZO6Et).The resulting macroinitiator and the block copolymer were characterized by 1H-NMR,gel permeation chromatography(GPC).Differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and polarizing optical microscopy(POM) were performed to reveal its thermal behaviors and liquid crystalline property.The solution of the block copolymer exhibits photoresponsive under UV/vis irradiation.The block copolymer shows nematic phase,which is promising in some areas,such as optical data storage,optical switch,and molecular devices.
