The principle on life originated for innovation design has been put forward, and new thinking tool of theory is provided by past experiemce design. Basic idea and evaluation index on green prototype design is analysed. It has been expatiated that principle and characteristic and realize process for innovation design based on green prototype, moreover used idea of green design and innovation brainpower. The instance of analyse design on rear axle has verified feasibility of methodology.
