针对制造工艺知识的复杂性和不确定性,以及应用中需要知识模式易于描述的特征,在论述工艺知识信息颗粒概念的基础上,探讨了多形态制造工艺知识的结构化处理方法。通过对工艺知识粒度形式化描述概念的定义和对工艺知识多粒度特性的分析,提出了用工艺知识论域、属性函数和工艺知识论域结构的三元组(K,F,Г)描述工艺设计过程中知识以及工艺知识元素之间关系的方法,并讨论了运用语义匹配、分类操作、关联规则和聚类分析等多种数据挖掘方式进行基于知识粒度的知识获取发现方法。该方法对于解决工艺知识的多模式、多层次和应用多策略的问题具有理论指导意义。
To deal with the complexity and uncertainty of manufacturing process knowledge and the requirements for easy knowledge description, a structural method for handling polymorphism manufacturing process knowledge was presented after introducing the concept of process knowledge information granule. After formally describing the notions of process knowledge granularity and analyzing the characteristics of multi-granularity process knowledge, a method to describe knowledge in design process and the relationships among process knowledge elements were proposed as well. The core of this method was the definition of a triple (K, F, Г) representing process knowledge domain, property function and domain structure respectively. Based on this formal model, the acquisition and discovery method of process knowledge was discussed including semantic matching, classification operation, association rules and clustering analysis. This proposed method for process knowledge granularity threw a new light on solving the problem induced by multi-pattern, multi-level process knowledge and multi-tactic in application.
