随着航空航天等领域各种技术的发展,对航空航天等领域使用的轴承在防腐蚀、耐高温、长寿命方面的要求也越来越高。440C不锈钢作为一种马氏体不锈钢,具有较好的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性能、抗高温性能,是目前特殊工况下精密轴承制造的首选材料。从440C钢在轴承应用方面分析440C钢的生产工艺、表面硬化及摩擦性能的发展现状,结合国内外440C不锈钢的发展状况,针对其耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能提出解决方法,为进一步促进440C钢作为轴承铜的应用提供了研究视角。
With the development of the field of aeronautics and astronautics, a series of problems such as the de- mand of bearing with anti-corrosion, high temperature resistance and long working life have emerged at the right moment. 440C stainless steel as a kind of martensitic stainless steel possesses of good abrasion resistance, corro- sion resistance, anti high temperature performance which is considered as the preferred material for the special conditions of precision bearing manufacturing. This paper is mainly focusing on the analysis of the development situation of 440C steel about the manufacturing process, surface hardness and friction performance from the per- spective of 440C bearing steel in application. Moreover, combined with the development of 440C stainless steel at home and abroad, the problem solving methods for the abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance of 440C steel are come forward in order to expand the research angles of 440C steel in the application of bearing steel.
