根据ADGM电主轴结构特点和热源分布,为了提高冷却系统的冷却效果,设计了环形冷却水道。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS CFX对环形冷却系统进行仿真分析,发现当冷却水流速为0.7 kg/s时,冷却效果达到最佳。实验验证:对出水口温度、定子温度和轴承座温度等实验数据进行测量,将实验数据与流速为0.7kg/s时的仿真数据进行比较,发现CFX仿真结果与实际实验结果基本一致,这证明了仿真分析的正确性和环形冷却水道设计的合理性。
According to the structure characteristics of ADGM electric spindle and the distribution of heart source,in order to enhance the cooling effect of the cooling system,a circular cooling channels is designed. The circular cooling system is simulated and analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS CFX,and the best cooling effect is found when the cooling water flow rate is 0. 7Kg / s. Experimental verification: the experimental data of temperature at the water outlet,stator and bearing are measured,and compared with the simulation data of 0. 7Kg / s flow rate,then the CFX simulation results and the experimental results both are basically consistent,which proves the correctness of the simulation analysis and the rationality of the design of circular cooling channels.
