铰接式车辆运行路况不可预知的冲击特性对分动箱可靠性提出较高要求,根据分动箱的工作特点和结构原理,采用Romax对45t铰接车分动箱进行可靠性建模分析,获得结构强度、使用寿命、安全系数等可靠性指标,分析可知:受力最恶劣的齿轮为差速行星齿轮和变速行星齿轮;在低档位大扭矩时一级减速齿轮支承轴承损伤最大;所设计产品可靠性指标满足标准要求。分析结果表明,所用研究方法及获得结果可以作为改进设计的依据,也为同类产品可靠性分析研究提供参考。
For meeting the requirements that the unpredictable road conditions of articulated truck will result in lower reliability of transfer case system, according to work characteristics and structural principles of transfer case, it simulates the transfer case transmission system of 45t hydro mechanical driving articulated truck by Romax modeling software, obtaining the parameters such as efftciency, reliability and service life, getting the overall pe~fonannce of the transmission system. The results show that: the worst force gears are differential planetary gear and transmission planetary gear; the m~imum damage bearings are support bearings of 1 reduction gear under low bit and high torque; the design product meets the requirement of reliability evaluation criteria From the results show that the methods used and results obtained can be used as the basis to improve the design, and provide a reference for other products reliability research.
