线缆剪切装置是线缆自动绑扎设备中的重要机构。在分析了目前线缆剪切机构的基础上,提出并设计了一种新型线缆自动剪切装置。对剪切装置的主要系统传动参数进行了设计计算,并对剪切装置机构进行了三维建模、动力学仿真分析以及核心部件的ANSYS静力学仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该线缆自动剪切装置可以实现线缆自动绑扎设备中线缆及线束的自动剪断过程。最后,进行了装置物理样机的加工制造,并通过样机的剪切试验验证剪切装置设计的正确性和可行性。
