针对汽车线束电磁耦合干扰分析困难、建模复杂、计算量大的问题,建立了用于汽车线束电磁耦合干扰计算的等效线束模型。根据原始导线共模特征阻抗与终端负载的大小关系将其进行分组,通过等效导线单位长度的电感和电容矩阵计算得到等效线束模型的结构参数,并给出了等效终端阻抗和等效电压源的计算方法。选取9根导线组成的线束,运用CST studio数值仿真对等效前后线束模型的电磁耦合干扰进行对比。仿真结果表明,该等效线束模型在满足计算精度的前提下,节省了计算时间和所需内存,降低了建模的复杂度。
Aiming at the difficult analysis and large computing, the equivalent wiring harness model for calculating the auto- motive wiring harness electromagnetic coupling interference model is established. The original wires are grouped according to the relationship between the impedance of common mode and the size of the load terminal. Structural parameters of the e- quivalent wiring harness model are obtained by calculating the inductance and capacitance matrix of the unit length of wire. Then the method of calculating the equivalent termination impedance and equivalent voltage source is elicited. 9 complex wiring harness conductors are selected, CST studio is used to analysis the electromagnetic coupling interference of harnesses equivalent. The results show the equivalent wiring harness model not only saves time and memory, but also reduce the com- plexity of automotive wiring harness model.
