隐喻既是思维的本质属性同时又是重要的认知工具。培养隐喻思维能力对外语教学意义重大。在分析了隐喻意识、隐喻思维、隐喻能力三者关系的基础上,本文尝试性地给出了隐喻思维能力的概念并在此基础上探讨了采用渗透理论与强化意识、注重系统地训练以及跨文化对比认知这三个较为具体的应用策略,以期能有效促进外语教学质量和效率的提升。
Metaphor is not only the basic attribute of thinking but also an important cognitive tool. The cultivation of metaphorical thinking competence is of great importance for foreign language teaching. Based on the analysis of the relation of metaphorical awareness, metaphorical thinking as well as the metaphorical competence, this paper firstly attempts to define metaphorical thinking competence and then probes into the three major strategies of the infusion of metaphor theories and the reinforcement of metaphorical awareness; the systemic training of metaphorical thinking; the contrast cognition of cross-cuhure. It is hoped that these strategies can facilitate foreign language teaching and learning effectively.
