在梯形迷宫螺旋泵理论分析基础上,运用流场计算商用软件FLUENT,首次模拟了清水状态下梯形迷宫螺旋泵内部的三维湍流场,对给定基本参数的梯形迷宫螺旋泵内部流动进行数值计算和分析,从而得到了其内部流动的主要特征和外特性变化,结合数值计算与试验结果,提出了采用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)计算方法对泵的性能进行预测,为梯形迷宫螺旋泵的设计、改进和优化提供有益的参考.
Based on theoretical analysis of the trapeziform labyrinth screw pump, the commercial software FLUENT is applied to simulate the 3D flow of clean water inside the pump. Depending on the numerical simulation and the analysis of the pump, the diversification of the main characters of inner flow and the outer characters can be obtained. By integrating numerical simulation with experimental result, it shows that CFD calculation can predict the performance of the pump and offer the benefit for the design and optimization of the trapeziform labyrinth screw pump.
