由于屏蔽泵具有特殊的结构,为屏蔽泵的设计与研究带来了诸多不便。在能量损失方面,屏蔽泵与普通泵之间有一定的差异,而且屏蔽电机的能量损失又不同于普通电机。为了掌握屏蔽泵整体能量损失的计算方法,研究了屏蔽泵能量损失的产生原因,进一步区分屏蔽泵与普通泵及屏蔽电机与普通电机的能量损失差异,总结了屏蔽泵各种能量损失的计算方法,为屏蔽泵的研究与设计提供了理论依据。
The canned motor pump brought inconvenience to the design and research of canned motor pump because of its special structure.In the area of energy loss,there were some differences between canned motor pump and the general pump,and also the energy loss of canned motor was different from that of general motor.For the calculation method of overall energy loss for canned motor pump,the causes of the energy loss for canned motor pump was studied,and the energy loss differences between canned motor pump and general pump,between canned motor and general motor,were distinguished.The calculation method of various energy loss for canned motor pump was summarized,which provided a theoretical basis for the research and design of canned motor pump.
