利用Navier-Stokes方程、RNG湍流模型和欧拉-欧拉均相流模型,对轴流泵偏大流量工况下的空化流动进行了数值模拟。通过对计算结果进行分析,阐述了轴流泵各段中空泡的主要来源,有效预测了发生空化、空蚀的主要部件和区域,并揭示了叶片背面压力带和空化带的关系。对比计算扬程和效率确定了空化的发展阶段,对于保障轴流泵稳定运行有一定指导意义。
Numerical simulation of cavitation in axial-ilow pumps unaer large-ttuw cv.u Eulerian homogeneous model and Navier-Stokes equation with RNG turbulence model in this paper. An analysis of simulation results explains the main sources of bubble in flow of axial-flow pumps and predicts the assembly and region where cavitation and cavitation erosion has happened and brings out the relationship between pressure and cavitation areas of the back of the impeller. Comparative calculation of the head and efficiency confirms the stage of cavitation and it is good for the operation of axial-flow pump running.
