采用先进的流场测试仪器PIV在不干扰流场的情况下,对叶轮内部流场进行高精度测量,并利用流场计算软件Fluent对离心泵在不同工况下的流场进行模拟,获得了流道中相对速度的分布。结合数值计算与实验研究,对离心泵叶轮内部流场进行了初步分析。实验结果表明,计算所采用的k-e模型的修正方法基本符合此型泵内部流动的实际情况。
The advanced instrument of flow measurement (Particle Image Velocimetry) is used to obtain the inner flow field of a cen- trifugal pump without disturbing it. At the same time, the computational fluid dynamics software package FLUENT is used to simulate the flow of this pump on different conditions, which obtains the relative velocity distribution in the impeller. Combined with the numerical calculation and the experimental survey, flow in the pump is analyzed. Measurement results show that the modification way of model accords with the inner flow of the pump basically.
