利用CFD软件Fluent对某输油泵的不同工况作流场计算。计算采用雷诺时均方程和标准k—ε湍流模型,压力和速度耦合采用SIMPLEC算法。通过对比试验曲线与数值计算外特性曲线,发现两者比较吻合。对单蜗壳和双蜗壳进行了模拟计算,得到了不同工况下叶轮出口与蜗壳耦合面的静压分布,再将径向力计算模型简化,计算出各个工况下叶轮所受的径向力,通过对比不同蜗壳的径向力,可以得出双蜗壳能有效的平衡径向力。
Fluent software was used to calculate the flow field of oil pump in different working condition. To simulate pressure and velocity, Reynolds Averaged N-S equation ,k-ε model and SIMPLEC algorithm were adopted. By comparing the experimental curve and the curve of numerical calculations, the two results are consistent very well. After the single and double volute model pumps were simulated, the surface pressure between the outlet of impeller and volute was got in different working condition. Radial force in different conditions was calculated after the model of calculation was simplified. Compared with the value of radial force with different volutes, Double volute can balance the radial force effectively can be concluded.
