鱼藤素是一种天然的鱼藤酮类化合物。对正常细胞的毒副作用小，具有高效低毒的特点。在多种肿瘤细胞和动物模型中均证实具有较强的肿瘤化学预防、抗肿瘤及化疗增敏作用。研究鱼藤素抗肿瘤作用机制可为恶性肿瘤的诊治提供新策略。
英文摘要：
Deguelin, a naturally occurring rotenoid, has the features of＇high performance and low toxicity, and possesses antiproliferative, anticarcinogenic activities and chemotherapy sensitivity in several cell lines and tumor models. To study the anti - tumor mechanism of deguelin can provide new strategy of diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor.
