MicroRNA (miRNA)为非编码的单链小RNA分子,具有高度保守性、时序性和组织特异性.MicroRNA-22(miR-22)参与了骨骼代谢、心肌细胞成熟与肥大、胚胎干细胞的分化等生理病理过程.在乳腺癌中,miR-22则具有抑癌基因与癌基因的双重功能.miRNA-22有可能作为乳腺癌诊断和预后的指标,也可作为靶点为乳腺癌患者提供新的治疗策略.
MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are known as small,non-coding,single stranded RNAs.miRNAs are highly conserved,temporal and tissue specific.MicroRNA-22 (miR-22) participates in a wealth of physiological and pathological processes,such as bone metabolism,cardiomyocyte maturation and hypertrophy,differentiation of embryonic stem cells,as well as tumor formation and progression.miR-22 can act not only as a tumor suppressor,but also as an oncogene in breast cancer.miR-22 may be used as a novel biological marker for the diagnosis and prognosis estimation of breast cancer.In addition,it also possible to develop treatment strategies by targeting miR-22.
