为了优化船舶综合全电力推进系统的控制性能,建立了由船舶电站、永磁同步电机和船桨组成的系统数学模型。给出了多台柴油发电机组并联运行的仿真计算方法。在螺旋桨特性计算中,提出了推力系数和扭矩系数的计算方法。针对永磁同步电机常规直接转矩控制存在负载角不稳定问题,提出了基于负载角限制的直接转矩控制算法。以中铁渤海1号船为例,实现船舶全电力推进系统的动态过程仿真,结果验证了数学模型和方法的有效性。
To optimize control characteristics of marine integrated full electrical propulsion system,a math model of electrical propulsion system consisting of ship power stations,permanent magnetic synchronous motors,propellers and the ship is set up and a method of simulating multi-diesel generator set operating in parallel is presented.In calculation of propeller characteristics,simplified regression functions of propeller thrust and torque coefficients are given.For the problem of load angle instability in basic direct torque control of permanent magnetic synchronous motor,a direct torque control method based on load angle restriction is proposed.By taking the Sino-Rail Bohai Train Ferry No.1 as an example,the dynamic simulation of integrated full electrical propulsion was realized,the effectiveness of the math model and proposed method is validated by the simulation results.
