针对价值高、存储时间长的A类备件最佳再订货时间和订货批量问题,通过对零件历史使用寿命进行统计分析,拟合得到了此零件的寿命函数,由此函数得到零件在某一时间段内出现故障的概率,结合此零件备件的缺货损失,计算出这一时间段内缺货损失的期望值,通过权衡缺货损失期望值和存储费用,构建了使总成本最低的库存模型,得到备件的最佳再订货时间和订货批量。经实例验证,使用此模型后存储时间和存储费用降低了76.29%。
The optimal reorder time and order quantity was studied for the spare parts with high cost and long storage time. Analyzed the historical life-cycle data of parts and fitted the function of it, and the expected loss because of out of stock can be calculated. An inventory control model was got by weighing the average loss and storage cost of which the total cost is minimum. Finally, a case was presented to show the effectiveness of this model, the results indicated that the case's storage time and inventory cost decreased 76.29% if the model was used.
