研究了如何用解析方法确定新改进电器装置的可靠性是否较原电器装置有显著提高的问题。在电器产品失效时间分布为威布尔分布的情形下，给出了一种关于电器产品可靠性评估的解析方法，并对所提出的研究方法给出了计算公式和算例。

英文摘要：

A new analytical method about the reliability evaluation of the products of electric apparatus was given. Analytical formulas were given for the most practical case, where the times-to-failure distributions are Weibull distribution, A numerical example was computed by using the proposed method.
