一个混合威布尔分布表示一个总体由若干个威布尔子总体组成。通过联合运用最小二乘法、贝叶斯定理和对单憾布尔分布的参数估计法,对服从混合威布尔分布的电工产品平均寿命及可靠度进行了估计,并结合实际试验数据进行了计算。结果表明,利用该方法能得到较精确的估计。
A mixed Weibull distribution represents a population that consists of several Weibull subpopulations. In this paper, a new approach which combines the least-square method with Bayes theorem, takes advantage of the parameter estimation for single Weibull distribution was developed to estimate the mean time to failure and the reliability estimation of the mixed Weibull population . An actual test data was computed by using the proposed method. It turns out that the proposed method yields more accurate result.
