针对某变速箱湿式离合器液压控制系统,考虑充油初始时离合器油缸混入气体状态,建立混气油液弹性模量数学模型,基于MATLAB/Simulink建立换挡离合器以及各液压元件在充油过程中的动态仿真模型.仿真研究与试验结果对比分析表明,油缸内混入气体会造成充油过程建压滞后的现象,对离合器的结合品质有重要影响.
Focusing on the transmission wet clutch hydraulic control system,we establish the dynamic model of the wet clutch and other hydraulic components during the charging process by considering the air capacity in the wet clutch system to simulate the dynamic oil charging process.The simulation curve is well consistent with the experiment curve.The results show that the entrained air capacity has a great effect on the wet clutch charging characteristics.
