以某DSG变速器为研究对象,分析了其功率损失的组成,通过建立各元件的功率损失模型获得了该变速器的总功率损失,并进行了试验验证。建立了多离合器、多摩擦副及主被动部分均有转速的湿式离合器带排损失模型,同时对齿轮的搅油损失计算模型进行了计算分析及修正。研究表明,预测模型与试验数据具有较好的一致性,并发现因润滑油粘性引起的损失是DSG变速器的主要损失。从而提出了减小空载损失的途径。
In this paper, the constitution of power loss of a DSG transmission was analyzed, and the total loss value was obtained by establishing the power loss model of each key component. Besides, the model was validated by test data. The drag loss model of multiple wet clutches and multiple friction pairs was established. In addition, the oil churning loss calculation model of pinions was also analyzed and the model was modified. It was concluded that there was remarkable consistency between the calculated value and test data. And the losses that originated from viscosity of lubricant were the main sources of the total no-load power loss in the DSG transmission. An approach to decrease the power loss was proposed based on viscosity of lubricant.
