探索雄甾酮衍生物DE对60Coγ射线损伤后小鼠的保护作用。对C57小鼠用60Coγ射线进行一次性的全身照射,剂量分别为:8.0 Gy和6.5 Gy;随机分为照射对照组与不同的给药组。观察8.0 Gy全身照射小鼠的30天存活率以及计算小鼠的平均存活时间。定期检测6.5 Gy全身照射小鼠外周血血细胞计数。结果:DE可以明显增加8.0 Gy照射小组30 d的存活率,延长死亡动物的平均生存时间;还可以加快6.5 Gy照射小鼠的外周血象的恢复。研究表明,雄甾酮衍生物DE可以明显促进60Coγ射线照射后小鼠的造血功能恢复,提高存活率,为临床治疗急性放射病的研究提供实验依据。
To study the protective effect of Androsterone Derivatives DE on 60Co γ-ray damaged mice, C57 mice were recived total body irradiation by 8.0 Gy and 6.5 Gy in single time irradiation. The irradiated mice were ran- domly divided into controls and different dosage groups. The survival rate and survival time were recorded. Analysis of peripheral blood was performed in mice receiving 6.5 Gy. It is resulted that DE increased the survival rate and mean survival time of mice suffering from 8.0 Gy irradiation, promoted the recovery of the peripheral blood picture of mice suffering from 6.5 Gy irradiation. It is conclused that DE could improved the recovery of peripheral blood cells, raised the survival rate from radiation injury in 60Co y-ray, and provide experimental basis for the study of the clinical treatment of acute radiation sickness.
