目的:对澜沧江(中排乡北-云岭乡北,海拔1554m―2003m)水生丝孢菌资源及其多样性进行调查。方法:2015年3月从澜沧江支流及入江口采集沉水腐木700份,采用保湿培养的方法对水生真菌进行培养,基于形态学特征对水生丝孢菌进行鉴定。结果:分离获得水生丝孢菌88种,通过形态学鉴定,鉴定出水生丝孢菌36属58种,30种鉴定到属,未鉴定到种。结论:澜沧江水生丝孢菌资源丰富,物种多样性较高,其中Sporoschisma saccardoi(1.86%)、Periconiaatra(1.86%)出现频率相对较高。海拔对水生丝孢菌多样性有影响。
Objective: To investigate diversity and resourses of hyphomycetes in Lancang River( middle row rural North -North Yunling Township, altitude 1554m -2003m). Method: In March 2015 collected from tributaries of the Lancang River and the estuary submerged rotten wood 700 samples, using the moisturizing incubation method to incubate the freshwater hyphomycetes and identified them under the morpho- logical characters. Results: Isolated hyphomycetes 88 kinds of raw silk cinerea, under the morphological characters, the investigation indicated that there are 36 genera 58 species of hyphomycetes, 30 species not identified . Conclusion: The rich resources of Lancang River Hyphomycetes silk cinerea, highspecies di- versity, which Sporoschisma saccardoi, Periconia atra frequency of relatively high detection rate of 1.86%, 1.86% respectively. Altitude of raw silk water sp diversity affected
