信息素养标准是指导信息素养理论和实践的典范。随着信息生态环境的变化和高等教育的变革,2013年美国开始对《高等教育信息素养能力标准》进行全面修订。根据2015年ACRL标准委员会向董事会提交的最终文档——《高等教育信息素养框架》,对六大信息素养基础性的核心临界概念——"阈值"进行简介,探讨新框架为中国信息素养理论研究和实践探索的启示。
Information literacy standards provide frameworks for assessing the individual information literacy. With the rapidly changing higher education environment and the dynamic information ecosystem, the Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education in America had been extensively revised. In January 16, 2015, the ACRL Standards Committee submitted Information Literacy Framework for Higher Education to ACRL Board of Directors. Based on this document, this paper introduces the six threshold concepts to China, and explores the enlightenment which the new framework brings for Chinese information literacy instruction.
