描述了知识视角下激励协同的内涵,给出了基于四阶段生命周期理论的激励协同运作机理模型。分别从知识联盟的生命周期四阶段探讨了激励协同在各阶段的运作模式、运作内容和运作目标,并深入分析了东软飞利浦联盟在酝酿期、构建期和运行期的激励协同运作机理,以期对知识联盟激励问题研究提供理论依据和实践指导。
This paper describes the perspectives of knowledge coordination under the connotation of motivation synergy and establishes a model of motivation synergy on four stages of life cycle.Based on four stages in the life cycle of knowledge alliances,this paper focuses on operating models,contents and goals of motivation synergy at various stages.In addition,we make an in-depth analysis of the motivation synergy operation mechanism in brewing,building and operation periods of Philips and Neusoft alliance.This paper is expected to offer theoretical foundation and practice direction to the research on incentive issues in knowledge alliance.
