引入成熟度模型,通过分析激励协同的影响因素和激励协同的特点构建了激励协同成熟度概念模型,包括激励协同成熟度等级划分、知识联盟生命周期和激励协同成熟度评价体系。它是一个分级提升的系统结构,通过比较知识联盟激励协同的现状和模型的异同,为知识联盟知识主体提供了明确的激励改进方法,实现了知识联盟创新知识和提升绩效的目的。
The incentive synergy of knowledge alliances is to make knowledge alliance be successfully built and run through scientifically and fairly motivation to each knowledge subject so as to achieve the maximal synergy effectiveness. But how to describe the development degree of incentive synergy is needy to be solved. By analyzing influence factors and characters of incentive synergy, this paper introduces maturity model to establish a conceptual incentive synergy maturity model which consists of incentive synergy maturity levels, life cycle and evaluation system of incentive synergy maturity index. It is a grad-ascending systematic structure, which can provide explicit improved incentive methods for knowledge subjects of knowledge alliances, by comparing the similarities and differences between the status quo and the model of incentive synergy in knowledge alliances. Eventually, purposes of innovating knowledge and improving performance can be effectively realized, which has important theoretical significances and practical values to research on incentive aspects of knowledge alliances.
