滚珠丝杠是数控机床重要的传动部件,它的精度与可靠性直接影响加工零件的质量。笔者以滚珠丝杠副的接触疲劳寿命可靠性和刚度可靠性为约束条件,将滚珠丝杠副的体积最小为目标函数建立数学模型,利用Matlab程序实现滚珠丝杠的优化设计。实例证明,该方法在保证滚珠丝杠疲劳寿命和刚度的前提下可有效减小成本,并能适应产品要求。
Ball screws are important transmission components of a CNC machine,and its accuracy and reliability directly affects the quality of mechanical parts. We establish its mathematical model using the ball screw fatigue life and static load as the constraints and the ball screw smallest volume as the objective function,and realize the ball screw optimization design using Matlab. The example proved that this method can effectively reduce the cost to guarantee the ball bearing guide screw fatigue life and stiffness premise and meet the product development requirements. This method is simple,practical,and can be applied to optimizing the design of similar products.
