滚珠丝杠是数控机床重要的传动部件,它的精度与可靠性直接影响加工零件的质量。以滚珠丝杠副的疲劳寿命和静载荷为约束条件,以滚珠丝杠副的体积最小为目标函数建立数学模型,利用Matlab程序实现滚珠丝杠的优化设计。实例证明,该方法在保证滚珠丝杠疲劳寿命和刚度的前提下可有效减小成本,符合产品开发要求。此方法简单、实用,并可应用于同类产品的优化设计。

英文摘要:

Ball screw unit is an important transmission components of CNC machine tool.Its accuracy and reliability directly af-fects the quality of mechanical parts.Taking the fatigue life and static load of ball screw unit as the constraints and the smallest volume as the goal function,its mathematical model was established and the ball screw unit optimization design was realized using Matlab.The application result proves that using this method can effectively reduce the cost under the premise of guaranteeing fatigue life and stiffness of the ball screw unit.It meets the product development requirement.This method is simple,practical,and can be applied to optimize the design of similar products.
