充分考虑多轴应力对疲劳寿命的影响,对应用多轴疲劳寿命模型进行轮盘的低循环多轴疲劳寿命预测作了探讨,并结合具体工程实例进行了应用研究。确定了轮盘危险平面的位置,确定了危险平面上的相关参量,应用多轴疲劳模型进行了寿命评估,计算结果显示应用多轴疲劳模型进行轮盘的低循环多轴疲劳寿命评估,所得结果与轮盘的试验结果符合得较好,研究结果具有一定的实际工程意义。
Alone with the increase of thrust weight ratio, low cycle fatigue failure is becoming a main failure mode of aeroengine compressor disk. There exist stress concentrations at the mortises of disk, and the local stress of every mortise is multiaxial stress. All the components of the local stresses are quite large. It is necessary to think about the influence of multiaxial stress to fatigue life. The mul- tiaxial fatigue model was used to predict multiaxial low cycle fatigue life of disk. Also actual engineer- ing instance was done with this model. The computational results show that it well consistent with the results of real disk test, and can satisfy the applications of practical engineering.
