以聚乙烯醇(PEG 600)为相转移催化剂,对羟基苯甲酸(2)与3-溴丙炔(3)反应,成功地完成了4-炔丙氧基苯甲酸(其结构经^1H NMR和IR表征)的水相合成。最佳反应条件为:20.5mmol,n(2):n(3):n(NaOH)=1.0:1.1:4.0,W(PEG)=5%,水200mL,于75℃反应72h,产率85%。
4-Propargyloxy benzoic acid was synthesized using PEG 600 as a phase transfer catalyst by the reaction of 4-hydroxylbenzoic acid (2) and 3-bromicpropine (3) in aqueous medium. The structure was characterized by ^1H NMR and IR. The yield can reach 85% under the optimal reactions of 2 with 0.5 mmol, n(2) :n(3) : n(NaOH) with 1.0:1.1:4.0, w(PEG) with 5% at 75℃ for 72 h in water(200 mL).
