采用机械共混法、原位化学合成法、原位水热法制备了一系列纳米羟基磷灰石/聚乙烯醇/明胶(n-HA/PVA/GEL)复合材料;利用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜及傅立叶变换红外光谱仪等分析了复合材料的结构;利用材料试验机测定了复合材料的力学性能.结果表明,利用原位水热法可使n-HA有效地在PVA高分子中均匀分散,并提高n-HA颗粒的尺寸均匀性和结晶性.与此同时,利用原位水热法合成的凝胶复合材料的力学性能明显优于采用机械共混法和原位化学合成法制得的同种复合材料.
A series of composites of nano-hydroxyapatite(n-HA),polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),and gelatin(n-HA/PVA/GEL) were prepared via mechanical blending route,in-situ chemical synthetic route,and in-situ hydrothermal route.The microstructure of as-synthesized n-HA/PVA/GEL composites was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,and Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry.The mechanical properties of the composites were measured using a material tester.Results show that n-HA can be more homogeneously dispersed in PVA hydrogels by making use of in-situ hydrothermal method,and its size uniformity and crystallinity are also improved.In the meantime,the n-HA/PVA/GEL composites obtained via in-situ hydrothermal route possess much better mechanical properties than those prepared by mechanical blending and in-situ chemical synthesis.
