以2,7-二溴芴(1)和溴代烷(2)为原料,二甲亚砜为溶剂,四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,超声波辐射合成了3个2,7-二溴-9,9-二烷基芴(3),其结构经1HNMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。考察了超声波辐射时间和辐射功率对反应的影响,结果表明,在116mmol,n(1):n(2)=1:1,于45w辐射反应1h的反应条件下,3的收率达92%。
Three 2,7-dibromo-9,9-dialkylfluorenes (3) were synthesized from 2,7-dibromofluorene (1) and 1-bromoalkyl(2) using DMSO as the solvent and t-butyl ammonium bromide as the phase transfer catalyst under ultrasonic irradiation. The structures were confirmed by 1HNMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. The effects of ultrasonic irradiation power and time on reaction were investigated. The results showed that the yield of 3 was 92% under the reaction conditions: 1 was 16 retool; n (1) : n (2) was 1 : 1 ; at 450 W irradiating for 1h.
