Cellular automata is a model that can simulate complex structure and process. Based on the analysis of the developing characteristics in modem logistics, a location model of logistics system is constructed by cellular automata, and then the cellular automata and MATLAB sortware are applied to simulate the allocation of logistics system, by which satisfactory results are achieved. The conclusions can give beneficial references to the model building of allocation of logistics system in real situations.
