目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在喉鳞癌中的表达与肿瘤微环境中树突状细胞(DCs)分布之间的相关性。方法本研究应用免疫组化S-P法,分别用抗VEGF抗体、抗S100抗体,对67例喉鳞癌(LSCC)组织进行免疫组化染色。观察LSCC组织中VEGF的表达强度、S100阳性DCs的分布密度,分析他们之间的相关性。结果随着肿瘤期次的提高,LSCC组织中VEGF的表达强度显著提高,DCs的分布密度显著降低。VEGF的表达强度与S100阳性细胞分布密度具有明显的负相关。结论喉鳞癌过度分泌的VEGF,一方面能促进肿瘤的血管生成,使肿瘤不断生长和转移;另一方面显著抑制DCs的分化与成熟而逃避免疫监视。
Objective To discuss the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) and the density of dendritic ceils ( DCs ) in tumor microenvironment of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma ( LSCC ) . Methods The expression of VEGF and the density of DCs in 6 7 specimens of LSCC were detected with immunohistochemical method. Their relationship was analyzed. Results An intensive VEGF expression was assotiated with a higher clinical stage of LSCC and a lower density of DCs. The expression of VEGF in LSCC was negatively correlated with the density of DCs. Conclusion VEGF is intensively over- expressed in LSCC which not only promotes tumor vascularization, growth and metastasis, but also inhibits DC differentiation and maturation to evade host immune surveillance.
