随着“中国制造”在国际市场中的地位变的越来越重要,中国的制造业受到了产业界和学术界的广泛关注。文章结合对408家国内制造企业的问卷调查结果,从企业生命周期理论的角度,对制造企业的人力资源管理实践的现状进行描述和分析,并在此基础上提出一些有助于企业提高竞争力和可持续发展能力的建议。
Chinese manufacture attracts much attention as it becomes more and more important in the global market. Based on enterprise lifeeycle theory and 408 samples of manufacturing enterprises in China, The authors describe and analyze the human resource practices in Chinese manufacturing enterprises according to the result of investigation. The authors also give some adviees to develop the enterprise competitiveness and the ability for sustainable development.
