从供应链集成的角度出发,以整体利益最大化为目标,遵循市场规律引入了产品的需求价格弹性因素。运用双层规划模型,研究了分销中心选址、产品定价和客户在分销中心的最佳调运量等问题。在双层规划模型中,上层规划为分销中心选址模型,下层规划表示客户选择最佳分销中心订货模型。针对所建模型,设计了启发式求解算法,并通过算例验证了模型及其算法的有效性。结果表明,以供应链整体利益最大化为目标所建的模型在生产实践中更具有实际意义,应用的范围更加广泛。
Starting from supply chain integration, taking the maximum profit as a target and following the market regulations, a factor of demand price elasticity was introduced. By using the model of a bi--level programming, issues such as choosing addresses for distribution centers, fixing price, and the optimal carrying quantity of the clients at the distribution center were studied. In the bi--level programming model, the upper layer was used to choose addresses for distribution centers, and the lower layer was used to reflect the optimal distribution center which clients tended to choose. Aiming at the model, a heuristic algorithm was designed, the feasibility of the model and algorithm was also verified by an calculation example. The application results indicated that the model considering the maximum benefits of the whole supply chain was more applicable.
