英文摘要：

Based on the results of previous studies, it is selected seven influence factors of China＇ s civil aviation practition- ers reported willingness （cognitive level, colleagues worry, superiors conflict and self- interest consideration, considered collectively, the system itself and the safety culture）, and put forward the reported willingness to six dimensions （report sub- mitted by inspection, aircraft performing or equipment defects report submitted will, their own illegal error report will, avia- tion security events or hidden in the report submitted to the willing, executive standard or flight procedure difficult event re- port submitted to the willingness and colleagues report such incidents）, to construct and verify the model of influencing fac- tors of individual voluntary reporting intention of civil aviation safety information. The results show the reported willingness of each unsafe event is affected by different factor, the cognitive level and safety culture mainly have the positive effect and other factors have the negative effect. This result can provide theoretical references for the improvement of employees report- ing unsafe events will.
