为减少单人制机组操作下,由于飞行员丧失情景意识、工作负荷管理不当以及决策失误等导致的不安全事件发生,以作业航空中单个飞行员工作全过程为例,基于SHEL模型,通过人一人、人一硬件、人一软件和人一环境针对飞行前预先准备、飞行直接准备、飞行实施以及飞行后讲评四个阶段飞行员履行职能所需要的能力进行分析,设计提高其能力所需课程。同时,分析各课程之间的联系,进而构建单人制机组资源管理培训课程体系,并制定每门课程的框架。通过管理作业中飞行员可利用资源,培训个人能力表现,以提升单人制条件下飞行员能力,从而减少由于人为因素而导致的通航飞行事故。
To reduce single-crew operation resulting from pilot losing situational awareness, improper workload management as well as decision-making mistakes. Takening the whole process of general aviation single-crew operation as an example, based on the SHEL model from the people, hardware, software, and environment, in order to improve the ability of pilot, training curriculums are designed in correspond to four stages including the pre- flight preparation, flight direct preparation, flight implementation and post-flight. Pilots' ability to perform their functions in each stage was analyzed. In addition, the single-crew resource management training curriculum system and frameworks for each course are determined through analyzing the contact between each course. Through the management for pilots in flight operations can be used, training individual performance, in order to enhance the ability of pilot under the conditions of individual, thereby reducing general aviation accidents caused by the human factors.
